Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly deliver quality socks and hosiery throughout Australia and New Zealand. Whether you're shopping from Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland or anywhere in between, we'll send your order straight to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over A$100.
For orders under A$100, shipping rates are:
Australia
- Standard Shipping - A$11
- Express Shipping - A$16
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping - A$16
- Express Shipping - A$26
All available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We know you're looking forward to receiving your new socks, so we aim to dispatch all orders from our Victorian warehouse within 2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy sale periods or due to courier delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! Spend A$100 or more and we'll deliver your order with FREE standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives at your door.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to shop with confidence.
If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they're unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply email our team at info@socks.com.au with your order details and let us know how we can help.
If you're requesting an exchange, we'll first check that your preferred size or style is available before you send your items back.
Once confirmed, securely package your items with their original tags and packaging and return them to us.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
If we've sent you the wrong item or your product is faulty, we'll cover the cost of return postage and make things right as quickly as possible.
Can I return underwear?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your returned items, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days.
Please allow a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

How do I choose the right sock size?
Finding the perfect fit is easy.
Simply refer to our Sock Size Guide, which matches your shoe size with the correct sock size. Many of our product pages also include sizing information specific to that style.
If you're unsure which size is right for you, our friendly team is always happy to help.
What if my socks don't fit?
No problem.
If your socks are unused, unworn and still in their original packaging with tags attached, you can exchange them within 14 days.
Just get in touch before returning them so we can confirm your preferred size is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@socks.com.au as soon as possible.
We'll always do our best to help, however once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes or cancel it.
