Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at socks.com.au. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to try and help.

 

Can I return my goods?

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• You will need to cover return postage costs for any returned socks.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
• Once we receive your return, we will happily issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs.
• If the original order amount was over A$100 & qualified for free shipping then the cost we incurred on the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear.

 

Exchanges for size 

• If you need to exchange the product for a different size, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
• Contact us to arrange the exchange and ensure the desired size is available.

 

Faulty Products or Incorrect Orders

• Returns will be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the order description and we will cover return postage for our error.
• Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue for further assistance.
• You will need to provide proof of purchase (this may include invoice, credit card statement or payment statement)
• We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty product or the order was not correct.

 

Returns Process

1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at office@bellview.net to initiate a return.
2. Please include proof of purchase along with a description of the problem and include a photograph showing the issue. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to advise on the next steps.
3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents that were included with the original shipment.
4. Return Shipping: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Calculation: Any postage or express post charges paid by us on the original order will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction will be based on the actual shipping cost incurred by us.
6. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your account. The funds will be refunded into the payment method used to initially purchase the products. Receiving your refund payment will depend on the time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund
7. Note: Our returns policy applies only to purchases made directly from socks.com.au. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy and procedures. 
 

Shipping

We are currently only shipping to Australian and New Zealand addresses.  We are looking to expand our international shipping in the coming months. Orders are despatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of placement. 


Shipping charges are as follows:

All orders valued $100 AUD (including GST) and over, will be shipped free by standard post. For retail orders valued under $100 AUD (including GST) the following freight charges apply:

 

AU Freight:

$10 AUD standard delivery 2-4 business days between major metro areas

$15 AUD express delivery 1-3 business days between major metro areas

 

NZ Freight (GST will be removed from the total at checkout):

$15 AUD standard delivery 4-7 business days between major metro areas

$25 AUD express delivery 2-5 business days between major metro areas
